Meet Nate Maxwell
My name is Nate Maxwell and I am the founder of Maxwell Coaching & Leadership Development. I specialize in helping teens and adults to become powerful leaders in their lives and careers. Throughout the coaching process, I teach them to overcome the barriers that are preventing them from achieving their full potential, so they can lead more meaningful, rewarding, and successful lives.
Before becoming a coach, I graduated from the Citadel Military College of South Carolina and enjoyed a 24-year career in law enforcement. Throughout school and my career, I developed and honed strong leadership qualities that gave me the opportunity to empower others. In addition to having the privilege of serving the people in my community, I was also able to mentor and coach young teens who were lacking a connection at home and school. It was during that time when I first discovered my passion for inspiring and helping others.
During my last seventeen years as a federal agent (eleven of which were in a leadership position), my energy and passion for coaching others increased. I began developing leadership seminars and facilitating to thousands of supervisors and managers within my company. As my teachings continued to inspire others, I knew I wanted to continue down this path, focusing completely on helping people become their best selves and live their best lives. To that end, I achieved my professional coaching certification from the world-renowned Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). My coaching methodology will help clients increase their energy levels, connect with their purpose and reach their full potential.
